Very good food, large portions. Short waiting times, friendly service. Many dishes are also available as small portions. At the moment during Corona time you should always reserve a table in advance.

We ended up here by chance and were very happy about it. The location is great and right now people appreciate the distance and a lot of space. The measures to protect everyone are implemented very well, we felt very comfortable. The dishes were very varied, the dishes chosen were generous and very tasty. We will be happy to come back the next time we visit KL. The service was also attentive but not intrusive!

What can I say? Thank you, thank you, thank you to the brewery and Mr Engelskircher, that our big day went perfectly. From renting the room to planning the meal and organizing the table decorations, everything was always open, transparent and perfect. The food was great and the two waitresses were quick and super nice. Thank you that we were allowed to celebrate our wedding with you and that we could enjoy such a relaxed day (and relaxed preparation)

I had reserved for today ... we were assigned a table that had not been cleared ... Then after about 10 minutes the waitress came annoyed and asked if she could bring drinks ... said done ... they came pretty quickly ... then took they directly ordered the food .. we waited and waited .. after more than an hour another waitress came and asked if everything was okay .. then a person at the table said when we finally got the food .. .the waitress went to the other waitress who took the order and asked her what happened to it ... apparently she wouldn't have been at our table ... That was the first and last time I visited the local ...

Certainly historic and very picturesque place, suitable for groups. Excellent choice of beers. Too fried dishes dominate the dishes and they have not convinced me. Sufficient rating in general (but the two and a half stars are unfortunately not provided ..)

VERY tasty banana weizen beer! Staff and other customers were pleasant and helpful. Apfelkuchen was delicious, and menu items seemed appetizing. Definitely coming back hungry!

Wow all the time I spent in Kaiserslautern and I didn't know about this place. Well, the food was really good and the atmostphere of this building is great. It looks like eating outside in the summer would be perfect on a sunny day. Ok, I recommend this place the beer was great, the service spectacular, and the food was wonderful. I loved the salad bar that comes with your meal the cabbage was to die for. Well I will be back it was a good time all around.

Food 5/5. I had the beer cabbage soup. Delicious! Service 5/5. Staff was friendly and fast. Very attentive and easy. They have nice, clean facilities. As a non-German speaker the staff made it very easy for me. They have English menus and we didn’t have a hard time at all.

Passable beer selection. I had the Marzen, which was very tasty. The staff is phenomenal; very attentive and they make sure your glass isn't empty. I can't wait for the weather to get warmer to sit outside and drink a beer while watching people on the square.
